Token Migration

  • Migration Deadline: January 31st, 2025, 15:00 UTC

Overview

We are transitioning our token from currently supported networks (Ethereum, BNB Chain, Fantom, and Pulsechain) to Arbitrum One and VEMP Horizon, our Layer-3 roll-up. This is a mandatory migration with a 1:1 ratio, meaning you'll receive one new token for each token migrated.

Migration Process

The migration is a simple two-step process performed through our Migration Portal:

  1. Approve Contract

    • Connect your wallet containing VEMP tokens
    • Select the amount to migrate (we recommend using "Max" as old tokens will become non-functional)
    • Click "Approve" and confirm the transaction in your wallet

  2. Complete Migration

    • Once approved, click "Migrate"
    • Confirm the final transaction
    • Your new tokens will be airdropped to your wallet on Arbitrum

This is an irreversible process. Once tokens are deposited, they cannot be withdrawn.

Important Information

  • Supported Networks: Migrate directly from Ethereum, BNB Chain, Fantom, and Pulsechain
  • New Token Contract: 0xaF7E3F16D747e77E927dc94287f86eb95a64d83D (on Arbitrum)
  • Migration Ratio: 1:1 (one old token = one new token)

After Migration

  1. Your new tokens will be airdropped on Arbitrum in regular batches
  2. Once received, you can:
    • Keep them on Arbitrum
    • Bridge them to Horizon using our Official Bridge Portal
    • Start participating in the Node Bootstrapping Event

For security, only use our official migration portal at app.vemp.xyz. Be cautious of scams and unofficial platforms.
